We will exchange or refund a product when:
We will replace a defective product provided that:
There are three avenues for raising complaints or concerns:
1. In store with our sales consultants
2. Via our Head Office using email address info@rufarogarments.com or telephonically at 011 028 6691.
3. Or through the suggestion box in stores, these are reviewed monthly.
- There is valid proof or purchase.
- It is within 6 weeks of the original purchase date.
- It is in original packaging / condition and the product is unworn, unwashed and unused.
We will replace a defective product provided that:
- There is a valid proof of purchase.
- It is within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.
- Product is defective to manufacturer workmanship.
